With a degree in Political Science from the Warsaw University, Poland, Natalie has been working for more than four years with the non-governmental sector leading projects and initiatives that enable intercultural leadership development in youth worldwide. On this journey she discovered her passion for supporting people to exploring the world going beyond the borders. For the last years, Natalie has been working in the area of Talent Management and she designed and implemented youth development curriculum which enabled fast growth of the organization by providing global and local solutions. She has combined her interest in social media and online marketing working at Danone and bab.la positioning the brand in the international and national markets by building the communication channels with targeted audience. At a personal level, Natalie loves to travel and explore, jogging, meet new people and appreciate the moments with a cup of coffee. In the long-term future she strives to work in the field of intercultural development so as to provide people the chance to explore the world of the opportunities going beyond own borders.
